1.Q: Are you a factory or trading company?

A: Yes, We are a factory. We manufacture smoke alarms, co alarms, gas alarms, water alarms, etc...

2.Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A:Our factory is located in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, China, about 2 hours train from Shanghai . All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!

3.Q:Can you offer ODM/OEM service?

A:Yes, we can offer ODM & OEM Service. Also, we can provide customized packaging and product design.

4.Q:Can I get some samples?
A: We are honored to offer you samples.

Samples can be ready in about 2 days.

5.Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A:We strictly carry out the ISO 9001: 2008 Quality ManagementProcedures.

To guarantee the quality of our products during largescale production, we implement the TQC (Total Quality Control) procedure, from IQC and IPQC to FQC.

Every detector is individually tested and calibrated to ensure the compliance with industrial standards.

6.Q: What is your delivery time?

A: Generally, the lead time would be 10-25 days according to different orders.

7.Q: How many years of quality warranty do you offer for smoke alarms?

A: 5-year quality warranty

8.Q: Where do you sell to?
A: 100% of our products are exported. Our clients are covered all around the world.
